RocJam celebrated Mothers at their annual Mothers Day Brunch, Sunday, May 11, 2008, at the lake Reilly lodge, located within Cobbs Hill Park, Rochester, NY.
The menu consisted of Caribbean cuisine, ackee and saltfish, fried and boiled dumplings, jerk pork, jerk chicken, curry chicken, rice and peas, homoney porridge, fried plantine and so much more! The highlight being that the men prepared most of the menu and catered to our every need. The men of the organization played such a great role in the success of this event. Music, entertainment, prizes and give a ways were all included. This will be an event that you would not want to miss next year. SO MARK YOUR CALENDERS for Mothers Day 2009 !
